Prior to forming Greens Farms in January 2020, Mr. Kessler was with The Riverside Company from 2013 to 2019 as a partner and establishing member of the Riverside Strategic Capital Fund which makes non-control financial investments in companies with $5 million to $40 million of EBITDA. Westport, Connecticut-based Greens Farms Capital, established by Michael Kessler, makes control and non-control investments of $10 million to $20 million in business with EBITDA ranging from $2 million to $5 million. Development Supervisors Capital (EMC), a financier in emerging private equity firms, has made its 2nd fund financial investment to date by backing Greens Farms Capital.
