KIK Customized Products, a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners, has consented to offer its KIK Personal Care (KPC) service to Voyant Charm, a portfolio business of Wind Point Partners.

William Blair & & Company was the financial advisor to KIK on this deal.

Chicago-based Wind Point invests from $50 million to $100 million in business with EBITDAs of a minimum of $10 million. Industries of interest consist of business services, consumer items and industrial items. Wind Point is currently investing out of Wind Point Partners IX LP which began fundraising in 2019.

Voyant Beauty (previously Vee Pak) is a co-manufacturer of beauty and skin care products, hand and body soaps, lotions, creams, perfumes, non-prescription topical drugs, sun care and hair care items.
